bon odori in KL was da bomb~ ^^

BON FESTIVAL - an annual festival of the Japanese society that honors the departed souls. Unlike the chinese Ghost Festival , this festival is a bit more happy and is accompanied by a dance called "bon odori"...

before the BON FESTIVAL...
the two Nilai peeps stayed over at WS's place before the big day.
at least these round they didn't FFK us
haha =)
as you can see, I'm not there T.T
yum yum!!! desserts late at night~

I pity the guy who had to drink this.
Even though, you may think that they would do it..
but they DID!!!!

the next day, we headed off to Tropicana for the comic / anime fest..
rather small scale but sure had a interesting experience with the cosplayers

see!! that's a cosplayer for you~

guess this box guy is also an anime character la..
haha =)

the 3 sisters from dunno what anime character...

very AWESOME drawing... LIVE!!

despite the small scale, check out the people that were there!!!

then we had lunch at this vietnam restaurant...
a place to sit down and rest is a place to take PHOTOS!!!

next place was at this cafe called Bad Ass Cafe
Ming keat enjoying the comfy sofa
like any girls, they won't disappoint us with bad photos
nice shot right? =)

after that, we head off to our main event of the day!!!

the baby must be saying : " Let go of me!!! Why are you holding me? I want my papa!!"

at last, the celebration ended...
we were all sweaty and sticky from the heat and the dance...
but of all that, I will always remember that we had FUN together
that's what most important to me la...
don't know what the others thing bout it...

since this will be the last bon odori post,
let me say a few things first...
its been an AWESOME time to be with all of you, who went...
thank you WS, SQ and jane for letting stay at your place
it'll be hard to do this again next year since most of you all would be in either Singapore or JB
so, thank you~
I sure had a GREAT time =)
